It can take up to 20 minutes for our body to realise when we are actually full, and we overeat before we reach this point. Take breaks between mouthfuls, and savour each bite. Enjoy your food and allow your body to digest it.

A lot of the times we feel hungry, in reality, we are actually just dehydrated. If you want to successfully lose weight, make sure you never go thirsty. Drink plenty of water, especially before meals to prevent yourself from overeating.

Weight loss strategies often fail because they make drastic, sudden changes to our lifestyle and eating habits, which are simply unsustainable over time.
