What's Included in the Standard Clinic Package:
The Standard Gastric Mind Band Treatment incorporates four Gastric Mind Band Sessions which are detailed on the How It Works Pages – The three day treatment has been developed and continually improved over a ten year period and has been undertaken by over a thousand clients. All treatments at the Elite Clinic are carried out exclusively by the founders and developers Martin and Marion Shirran. They fully appreciate that you are an individual, and deserve to be treated as such, your GMB treatment plan will be unique and personalised to you.
Each of the four sessions is highly structured and designed to prompt you to ask yourself a number of very deep, psychological questions, some of which you might not have previously considered relevant. The aim is to get you to develop a different perspective around your relationship with food and embed new ways of thinking and more helpful behaviours around food, that will allow you to reach your ideal weight without the struggle of constant dieting, and then maintain it for the rest of your life.
What's Included in the Premium Clinic Package:
The Premium Full Gastric Mind Band Treatment Package has become a popular option with clients visiting the clinic. The Premium Treatment is normally completed over three and a half intensive days. The package incorporates all the components of the standard package, as detailed above, with additional treatment hours added, including additional Hypnotherapy and CBT sessions along with time dedicated to Nutritional and Dietary elements. A full in-depth discussion and explanation regarding the two hormones most important to those wishing to take control of their weight, Ghrelin, the hunger switch, and Leptin, the satisfaction switch, along with suggestions as to how these can be ‘Tweaked’ to the dieters advantage is included.
The Premium treatment features an expanded range of blood tests and analysis. These tests includes total cholesterol, HDL, LDL and triglycerides, fasting blood sugar (glucose) levels and Haemoglobin A1c (HbA1c). The glucose result determines blood sugar levels over a very short-term period (the past 24 hours), whereas the additional HbA1c test provides an overall reading of what a person’s average blood sugar levels have been for the previous 8-12 weeks. This is the all-important test used to diagnose diabetes and is helpful to us in guiding a person with issues around certain food groups.
What's Included in the Premium+ Clinic Package:
The Expanded Premium+ Gastric Mind Band Treatment Package is the clinics top of the range offering and the recommended option for those with a higher level of weight loss required. It is also recommended for those that feel they have additional issues that require to be solved, i.e. excess levels of alcohol consumption . The Premium Plus Treatment is normally completed over Four Consecutive and Intensive Days. The package incorporates all the components of the Premium package, as detailed above, with additional treatment hours and sessions added, including additional Clinical Hypnotherapy and CBT sessions. The PP+ package has been constructed after ten years of research and treatment refinement, it incorporates the very latest approaches, and the unlimited, complimentary follow up sessions allow the clinic to ‘stay with you’ until you reach your target weight.
The additional therapy hours of Cognitive Behaviour and Clinical Hypnosis incorporated in the PP+ package are of unlimited extended session lengths on each treatment component, this allows where appropriate for a far deeper analysis, correction and explanation of any past events or situations that may have impacted on a clients weight gain, or general life experience. Clients completing the Premium Plus+ GMB will in addition to the extra day of treatment, may also have slightly longer days at the clinic. This package also incorporates an extended range of blood tests, including a number of tests associated with Liver function.
Skype Based Treatments
For the growing number of clients who, for various reasons especially around the COVID-19 situation, and also including financial or time restraints, are unable to travel from around the world to Spain to complete the GMB clinic based treatment, we offer three dedicated Skype-based Gastric Mind Band therapy packages, The Standard Skype Package, the Premium Skype package and the Expanded Premium Plus+ Skype treatment. All of the unique GMB Skype treatment packages can be completed in the comfort and security of your own home. The Skype based treatment sessions are conducted live one on one exclusively by Martin & Marion Shirran, and each follows closely to the treatment protocols that would be provided to clients had they travelled to the clinic in Spain to complete the treatment. Subject to availability, your Skype sessions can be scheduled to be taken either in the morning, afternoon or evening, occasionally the sessions are also available during the weekend. The sessions are of course offered globally across various time zones.

What's Included in the Standard Skype Package
The Skype-Based Gastric Mind Band Therapy was developed after many months of live trials to ensure it delivers a truly inspirational weight loss experience of the standard that GMB clients worldwide have come to expect. Also of course it has to deliver the always desired result: Fast and more importantly, Permanent Weight Loss. Whilst clients visiting the clinic undertake the treatment over four sessions, Skype clients will normally undertake a minimum of six sessions of a shorter length. Many of the components of the clinic based treatment are incorporated, additional sessions are added as and when necessary. What's Included in the Premium Skype Package:
The Skype-Based Premium Gastric Mind Band Therapy was developed to provide an enhanced client experience. The package incorporates all of the components of the Standard Skype package with a number of additional sessions added. The Premium package provides a number of ongoing complimentary Skype sessions as you go through your weight loss journey. As with the Standard package, each session is completed live, exclusively with Marion or Martin Shirran. The sessions can, subject to availability be taken either in the morning, afternoon or evening, and if required over the weekend. The Skype Premium treatment delivers a ‘Piqued’ level of success, incorporating an increased number of sessions along with extended session length. After care, ongoing client contact is a vital component in successful permanent weight loss, the Premium Package incorporates a number of follow up sessions as you continue your weight loss journey. After each of your Skype GMB sessions, you will be emailed a full studio-produced MP3 audio file containing the Hypnotherapy track, as appropriate for that session. In addition to the Skype calls with Martin and Marion, you will during the course of the treatment also be emailed a number of additional audio and video files as appropriate. Ahead of your first Skype session, we will arrange an informal Skype introduction call with Martin and Marion, allowing them to introduce themselves, answer any questions and explain just how the process will move forward. To provide additional peace of mind, clients completing the Premium Skype treatment can if they wish, at any time in the twelve months following their treatment elect to visit the clinic in Spain and undertake either the Premium or Premium Plus+ clinic based treatment, and receive a discount equal to 50% of fees already paid.

The Skype-Based Premium Plus+ Gastric Mind Band Therapy package has been created to deliver the highest level of excellence in on-line based treatment. The greatly enhanced package incorporates a level of client focused service that effortlessly exceeds each clients level of expectation along with an enhanced client experience. The package incorporates all of the components of the Premium Skype package with a number of additional sessions added, in particular the package incorporates a number of additional hours of CBT session time. The additional CBT sessions incorporated can be directed towards any additional issues that require attention, depression, anxiety, addictions as an example. In addition the package provides an extended number of ongoing complimentary Skype sessions as you go through your weight loss journey, incorporating 24/7 telephone support. The Gastric Mind Band weight loss for teenagers treatment was developed to satisfy an ever growing interest and demand for our traditional Gastric Mind Band® product specifically from younger clients, often instigated following both the concern and interest of their parents.
The problem of childhood obesity continues to gain worldwide publicity. It is said that obesity is among the easiest medical conditions to recognize but the most difficult to treat. Certainly at the Elite Clinic we can confirm that the treatment is often challenging, regardless of the age of the client. It is an accepted fact that overweight children are much more likely to become overweight adults, this fact highlights the importance of early intervention. It is a requirement that at least one the teenagers parents attends the treatment on one of the sessions.

What's Involved in the VIP / Celebrity Package:
Your bespoke treatment will feature Martin and Marion’s total and complete attention for the duration of your treatment. The Clinic as already stated will of course be reserved for your exclusive use. Your VIP weight-loss treatment will be conducted over a four-day period. Our trademarked GMB therapy is, by design, personalised to you, and characterised by a number of exclusive elements. The VIP treatment incorporates all of the elements of the Premium+ GMB Treatment. Clients undertaking the VIP package are assured of complete confidentiality and security. During the reserved period the clinic will be closed and available exclusively to the VIP client, set appointments times are not required.
